Key Responsibilities:  - Manage end to end service delivery of various functions within Global Custody Business  - Closely monitor and report the performance indicators to all the stakeholders  - Understand the processes in depth and create controls to avoid risk as well as eradicate non value add activities.  - Undertake and be responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate human resource management policies and practices including recruitment, training and development, performance management and remuneration for all staff.  - Lead the operations team and oversee its functions, resources and outputs including business and financial management, human resource management and overall service delivery  - Mentor and support the learning and development of team members.  - Manage strong relationships with all the stakeholders across regions and functions  Requirements:  - Bachelor's degree  - Prior experience in Custody/Settlement domain  - Should have extensively worked on migrating one or more Custody processes from onshore  - Should have detailed knowledge of Trade Life Cycle, Custody Settlement and Investigation, Client onboarding, Client reporting and Client Service domain  - Should be able to understand and create control around Global Custody processes  - The selected candidate is required to directly talk to the senior custody stake holders, understand their process/systems and integrate those processes in Citibank operations environment  - Prior experience of database management/Static data update/User entitlement will be an added advantage  - Should have excellent communication skill (Oral and Verbal) to be able to effectively communicate with onshore counterparts, employees and local senior management  - Should have proven people management skill to be able to manage people with diverse experience/background/domain working side by side  - Should be able to understand the sensitivity around client queries and ability to resolve queries/complains in time  - Proven track record of strong Project Management Skill / History of successfully delivering projects  - Strong leadership capability, evidenced in well-developed problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills
