About our Client - Our client is a top tier Banking BPO which operates across the globe. As a global employer of choice, they currently employ over a quarter of a million people worldwide. Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Senior Credit Analyst & Operations Lead for their Financial Institution segment.

Job Description - As a Vice President - Credit Risk Management - Financial Institutions segment, you will be reporting to the Head of the Credit Risk Management and will be responsible for :

- Heading the Credit Risk Analysis & Operations set-up for the Financial Institutions based in European, US and APAC regions

- Mentoring and managing a large team of Credit Analyst catering to the specified segment

- Managing global and internal stakeholders as well as the client

- Driving improvements and managing client expectations

- Leading and mentoring team members in the business unit

- Driving error free operating environment by focusing on Opportunities for error and mitigating the risks

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a MBA or CA with 10 to 12 years of post qualification experience in Credit Risk Analysis and Management primarily for the Financial Institutions segment based in European, US and APAC regions.

- You come with excellent domain knowledge of Credit Risk specifically for the global markets and are currently managing a team of over 30 Credit Analysts. Additionally, you possess strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
