Vice President - Country Head Level - Oil & Gas  Position: Vice President / Country Head level  Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer, Chennai, India  Job Purpose:  - A performance driven professional with around 20 - 25 years of experience in Business Development, Market Development, Techno-commercial Operations, Project Management and Team Management.  - Excellent communication skills with an attitude to readily adapt to evolving business and technology challenges.  - To lead the organization in formulating new business strategy and develop and bringing in new business deals, while maintaining or enhancing the existing business, increasing the profitability of the Company.  - Will be responsible for the goodwill and profitability of the company.   Scope of the Position:  - Directs, administers and coordinates the operational activities of the organization in accordance with the policies, goals and objectives established by the Company and explained by the Chief Executive Officer.  - Take the lead in balancing and ensuring a harmonious relationship with the concerned state and central authorities  - Leads and directs the following functions and / or business units: Strategic Partnership & Alliances; Project Management; Business Development; Finance; Techno-Commercial; Human Resources; Promotion and Communication.  - Shall also be involved in the development of organizational policies and goals.  - Maintain good partnerships and relations with clients at National and along with other Kazmunai Group Companies at International levels  Key Skills /Knowledge/Competencies:  - Should have a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Management  - A minimum of 20+ years of project Management experience with a proven track record in a similar role for at least 10 years  - Well aware of International Oil & Gas market and technical developments especially in CIS/ Middle East countries  - Knowledge of Russian would be an added advantage  - Maintaining confidentiality, personal credibility and meeting ethical standards  - Should be well versed with work flow requirements of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality and Safety Departments  - Capable to work in multi-tasking environment and aability to handle a large workload, work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision  - Ability to effectively motivate, lead and support a multi-cultural team
