One of the leading financial services company in India  (Mumbai)  Description  The Company  One of the leading financial services company is seeking a VP - Core Infrastructure.  Role  - Manage Core Infrastructure (Including but not limited to Data Centre, Servers, Storage, Networks, Database, Security, DR, etc- ) for Fullerton India and its subsidiary / group of companies   - Design / Architect core infrastructure to provide optimal up-times, stability and availability of Infrastructure & Applications (Digital and Non-Digital)  - Support in developing the operation guidelines, policies and processes for infrastructure including storage, network and database for establishing the latest technology standards, governance processes and control mechanisms   Key Responsibilities  Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) alignment  - To ensure end-to-end coordination for critical Business events and Severity 1 & 2 cases  - To own and run Capacity management for across the Core Infrastructure components  - To be responsible for problem management; Establishing Root Cause for failures and incidents  - To ensure day to day upkeep & availability (99.9%) of Core Infrastructure   Project Management  - To facilitate new technology setup; Upgrades / Roll-outs / Migrations  - To ensure tech Refresh for Core Infrastructure  - To be responsible for new branch Setup  Audit, Governance and Control   - To identify risks in the Core Infrastructure Landscape and work to re-mediate   - To take charge of all open Risks and drive to closure   - To represent Core Infrastructure Audit face-off  - To work on re mediating / uplifting security  - To ensure addressal of VA/PT  People / Stake holder Management  - To ensure team management (Off Role staff)  - To be responsible for vendor management  Cost & Financial management   - To ensure signing of AMC & Renewals  - To provide inputs to budget planning   - To Expense monitoring   - Payment tracking  The Candidate  - 16+ years of experience  - Data Center Management  - Server support  - Database Management  - Incident management  - Problem Management  - Outage Management  - Vendor management  - Capacity Management  - Availability Management  - Project Management  - Knowledge of MCP/MCSE, ITIL, PMP, CISCO certification, LINUX/Unix is an added advantage  - Ability to lead, motivate and develop individuals within a team.
