Communicate with Top management, consultants, vendors, materials suppliers & peer group, strong analytical skills, judgement and decision making.   - Past field experience of executing projects comprising of high-rise buildings at least 20 storeys having a minimum plate area of 10 Lac sq . ft.   - Should be well versed with requirement and operation of construction machinery and precision equipment to achieve speedy execution of work.   Key Result Areas:  - Ensure project is completed according to cost, time lines and quality  Analytical approach to evaluation of :  - Designs received from consultants  - Quantitative analysis & scheduling of materials for entire construction  - Construction management  - Value Engineering to effect economy of scale  - Project monitoring and steering the performance of contractors, vendors and in-house project team  Experience  - 20 years & above in handling independent execution of multiple high-rise towers of over 20 storeys during last 10 years, of which 05 years as Head of construction management  Qualification:  - Minimum qualification: BE/B. Tech (civil) specialisation in Construction Management/ would prefer ME/M.Tech (Civil)
