Experience: 12 to 18 years of relevant experience, of which at least last 5-8 years should in similar roles - architecting Overall solutions (Business, Operations and Technology) for Client Origination, Client Relationship management (CRM), Sales, On-boarding, Client Due Diligence, Account opening, Credit, FCR and Regulatory for a Bank.

Job Description:

This position is fully funded and part of approved SG PCM for Client Origination - Product Engineering team.

This position will primarily work on one Bank CDD and COPI2 project deliverables and responsible for solution engineering covering solution architecture and design, functional specification, UX visual designs, functional testing and business support for users testing and trainings, and project implementations.

This position will play vital role in Workbench and CDD 2.0 transformational programme supporting E2E product engineering activities working closely with the business stakeholders in the requirements phase, solution design phase, testing and implementations.

This role offers lot of challenges in terms of delivering projects that impacts business processes across various Client segments (CIC, CC & BC) within the bank spanning across front, middle and back-offices in light of re-engineering needs and regulatory requirements.

This will require managing multiple stakeholders across the bank. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering the projects successfully within defined budget and timelines.

This role will also be responsible for policy automation and modeling related project deliverables supporting one Bank CDD, CRA and COPI2 projects and working closely with the business stakeholders, Engineering, BA and other teams across business and technology based in SG.

This role will also work closely with the OPA niche vendor based in SG working with the project teams and key to build OPA expertise internally to support ongoing OPA related deliverables and reduce dependency on high cost vendor.

The role is expected to:

Immediately contribute to solution design delivery, visual designs and functional specification

Immediately work on OPA related project deliverables for Policy automation and modeling.

Bring in fresh concepts and ideas to the project while aligning solutions to the target architecture and standards.

Gain exposure by working closely with key business and technology stakeholders.

Take ownership in authoring assigned solution architecture designs and functional specifications for various CIC project streams

Provide long-term product engineering function support to ongoing COPI 2.0 and one CDD projects

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Work closely with stakeholders at every level of the project life

- Analyzing the business requirements and proposing design solutions within the boundaries of the banks standards and visual identity

- Liaise with the development team to ensure design solution is acceptable and supported by the project framework

- Architecting business solutions to meet the business needs, and engaging appropriate parties for development, and delivery of the solutions

- Ensuring completeness and coverage of Business requirements and Functional specifications from overall solution perspective covering functional and non-functional aspects

- Build coordination, Quality reviews and acceptance of the deliverables

- Work closely with business and technology teams to provide new or improved solutions, so as to continually improve Process efficiencies, lower unit cost of processing, improve system up-time, availability, resilience and better management of risks

- Work closely with the PMs for estimates, costing and budgeting

- Identify and manage technology related areas of risk (e.g. software obsolescence)

Requirements:

- Good understanding of customers and products in the area of Relationship management (CRM), Sales, On-boarding, Client Due Diligence, Account opening, Credit, FCR and Regulatory

- Proven analytical capability and thorough working knowledge of Client origination business processes and operations

- Experience of managing & successfully delivering large multifaceted projects with cross stream dependencies and associated co-ordination

- Strong people skills for effective stakeholder management, especially managing senior stakeholders

- Proven technology solution delivery skills with sufficient exposure to latest technologies like Policy automation via Rule engines, BPM, J2EE, Application servers, Database management systems, reporting, and analytical software, etc.

- At least 2-3 years of extensive experience in designing solutions with respect to Client Origination, CDD, Relationship (CRM), Sales, Credit and Account Opening platforms

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
