Designation : Vice President - Food & Beverages  Reports to : Chief Operating Officer  Location : Mumbai (HO)  Qualification : BHM (mandatory)  Key Points :  - Strategic Planning   - SOP  - Brand Partnership & Product Development.  - Responsible for Profit & Loss   - Business Development & Marketing   - Profit center Operations  - Supply Chain Management  - Vendor Management and Negotiation  - Training & development  Main Duties and Responsibilities : Strategic Planning and Profit and Loss  Job Role :  - Candidate will be acting Business Head for Pan-India F&B operations.  - Prepare F&B budget.  - Responsible for P&L, Business Development & Marketing.   - Responsible for increasing revenues on quarterly basis.  - Responsible for reducing Food Cost.  - Ensure and look after FSI/OFB/ Contracts.  - Overlook New product Development, Menu planning, Recipes, Re-engg, etc along with AVP-F&B.  - Ensure SOP's / Audits / Controls / Master Data Management / OFB's.  - Responsible for all elements of F&B operational excellence, people capability, customer loyalty, sales growth, profit target, marketing and new product launch and formulation and implementation of SOP's.  - Review monthly reports, forecast report and any other report pertaining to the F&B operations department to present it to the management.  - To oversee overall business plans in the areas of pricing, promotion, assortment and allocation for each Region, Unit.  - Co-ordinate with COO for operational decision, market trend, competition, merchandising, etc.  - Ensures that pre-opening activities are coordinated with accurate target dates and ensuring that Look and feel, Cost input, Budgeting, Manning Levels, pre- opening set up, Operations, System & Process are as per the Company's standards (ONLY related to Food & Beverage)  - Ensures that REFUEL standards are controlled and maintained by using quality products & service.  - Ensures that revenues in food and beverage are maximized using cross promotional activities.  - Ensures that vendors are evaluated and finalized across regions for centralized food items.   - Ensures that the supply chain is managed and controlled locally.  - Ensures compliance with all legal requirements in connection with F&B operations.  - Sync with the Marketing team on the yearly marketing calendar keeping F & B promotions in mind.  - Ensure Training process is followed across F&B functions as per the training calendar on Pan India level.  Desired Profile :  - Should have handled P&L responsibility   - Should be able to maximize the return on capital employed.  - Should develop comprehensive business plans consistent with the company's overall goals and strategies.
