Areas of Responsibility

- Driving national GMV targets

- Guide and direct regional/city level execution

- Lead the projects related to GMV/Growth

- Create and drive national level expansion and launch strategy

- Collaborate and drive initiatives with Supply org to enhance QoS, greater customer choice, drive automation, etc.

- Collaborate and drive initiatives with Operations org to reduce Cost Per Delivery, enhance delivery SLA- s

- Strategy for driving up non-commission revenue

- Track and drive key business metrics for the entire organization.

- This position will be the growth engine for the organization

Span of the role

- Financial span: Overall GMV targets, Contribution P&L; City & national (indirect), Growth rate, City level unit economics

- People span: 6-8 (2-3 Regional Biz Heads, Project management, Analytics & Strategy, Expansion Teams)

Reports to: The CEO

Qualification : IIM or IIT 2004/2008 batch
