Looking out for candidates done transitions in BFS or F&A .  Requirements :  - Should be atleast at a senior managerial Level for 2 Years to apply for the position.  - Should have rigorous transitions experience for 4-5 years in either of the profiles.  - Global experience  - Transitions of atleast 100FTEs Handled.  - Extensive experience (4-5 years) in managing multi-functional Solutions, Transitions & change Management with internal and external stakeholders   - Experience in working in large / international companies.  - Excellent communication, people management, stakeholders management and leadership skills  - Ability to ensure service focus across a complex people intensive and functionally-dispersed organization  Preferences :  - Candidates purely from transitions background would be preferred.  - Big4 and consulting organisations candidates preferred.  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Manage RFP responses and front end client interactions and discussions in sales stage   - Manage in-bound transition activities on all strategic programs  - Initiate and mobilize the transition project teams across service delivery, operations and enabling functions Conduct detailed transition planning in accordance with defined service go-live commitments.  - Track and resolve issues, initiating corrective actions as appropriate to manage delays.  - Manage expectations across key internal and external stakeholders of the project   - Identify, evaluate and manage risks through the transition lifecycle to avoid impact to timelines and costs.   - Report transition progress at defined intervals to Management teams ( Client and Internal ) for effective governance and timely issue resolution.   - Review and manage changes through the transition lifecycle ( Both at process level and SOW)   - Document and share project learning's for continuous improvements
