Location: Mumbai  Sector : Health Care & Pharma  Job Description :  The candidate is expected to play a key role in origination and execution of Investment Banking transactions in the Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals sectors. He / she will be actively involved in every aspect of M&A / PE transaction and should be able to independently execute transactions and attain closures.  Responsibilities :  - Responsible for end-to-end execution of deals  - Leading preparation of confidential information memoranda and management presentations  - Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets or investors  - Performing financial analyses and valuations  - Leading due diligence and transaction closings for execution of transactions  - Manage investor and client expectations with respect to deals  - Lead investor discussions / negotiations  - Responsible for thought leadership in the sector and pitching to clients for deal origination  - Support the reporting manager in creating BD pipeline  - Liaisoning with YES Bank Relationship Managers and cover Client Relations in the relevant sectors  - Performance will be measured on deals originated and executed and fee generated  Requirements :  - 7-10 years of work experience in Investment Banking preferably in Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals sectors  - Expert in financial modelling and valuations  - Experience of handling the M&A / PE mandates  - Strong networking skills  - MBA from top business school / CA with an excellent academic track-record  Ravi Suryawanshi, Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt.
