We are hiring for one of our banking client based in Mumbai. Role details are given below :
Job Purpose :
Wil manages Risk Management for Technology & Operations Unit.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
1. Operational Risk & Governance responsibilities :
- To supervise validation exercise of RCSA's for various Ops units and branches.
- To supervise various process reviews and collaborate with unit to ensure risk is mitigated in operational processes
- MIS reporting to Regional and Local stakeholders
- Investigate and supervise root cause analysis for variances and long outstanding entries.
- Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertain to processes and accounts.
- Review New Product Approvals/ identify risks/ coordinate with various stakeholders and highlight risks.
- To oversee the identification and escalation of emerging and upstream outsourcing risk through the execution of Outsourcing Risk policy and Outsourcing Governance, including issue management, reporting, and action plan tracking
- To continuously improve management of the outsourcing risk framework, identifying the need for adaptation of controls to meet changes in the risk profile of outsourced service provider and optimise the balance between controls and risks
Requirments:
- Prior experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit
- Governance & Control team.
- -Experience of min 7 years in a financial institution.
- MBA/ CA
- Working relationship with T&O Risk Mgt, Corporate Security, Information Security, Group Compliance, Group Risk, Group Legal, Group Audit, Group Business Continuity Management, and other Business Units and vendors.
