Candidate based out in Sydney or Australia need to apply.   Job Purpose-  The Vice President, Account Management shall report to the Client Executive and Delivery Lead for the specified account and shall be responsible for developing and driving organizations long-term Go To Market strategy in the Australian market.  The Vice President Account management shall be responsible for developing long-term and strong relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The VP shall liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams at organization, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Organization solutions according to the clients needs. In addition the VP shall identify areas where continuous improvement is required and can be applied.  Key Interaction-  This role has frequent interactions with the C level suite at the client side and various stake holders.  This role has frequent interactions with industry groups and external partners, responsible for engaging and ensuring organizations message, value proposition and capabilities are well articulated and understood  This role has frequent interactions with leaders from enabling business units to seek resolution on issues impacting team productivity  Key responsibilities-  Mining existing client accounts to enhance revenue and profitability  Account management  Manage Delivery Teams and liaison with Client  Collaborate to drive employee engagement and retention  Competencies and Skills-  Strong Domain Expertize in (Property & Casualty) General Insurance, Australia  Experience in key areas like Claims, Policy & Administration  Makes client the compelling focus of the business  Possess and continuously display strategic focus and business acumen  Relentlessly pursue excellence  Foster a spirit of collaboration and teamwork  Attract and retain talent through effective people management  Have a bias for action, superior implementation  Be an Organizations Brand Ambassador  Negotiation skills  Intellectually agile and analytical.  Consistent ability to mine relationships  Capability to prepare budgets, review MIS.  Good cross-functional appreciation and capability to team with relevant others to drive business objectives  Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision  Ability to understand technology changes and identify opportunities  Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources including team members and other departments  Possess the ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment  React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently  Should be able to understand and document business Requirements wherever necessary.  Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup  Conformance with policies at all times  Understanding of Insurance domain and market place to effectively manage strategic programs.  Quality and continuous improvement orientation.  Experience Required-  Strong domain expertize in the Australian Insurance industry  Expertize in key areas like Claims and Policy Administration  Ideally someone who has worked for an Australian Insurer  Shared services set up and implementation experience  Preferred experience in dealing with 3rd party Outsourcing and helping set up offshore delivery locations  Has a very good understanding of Australian culture with direct and relevant work experience in Australia
