A joint venture of Viacom Inc and the Network18 Group, Viacom18 defines entertainment in India by touching people on air, online, on ground, in shop and through its cinema.   Responsibilities :  - Helping build the long-term strategic vision and growth blueprint for Viacom 18, business unit long range plans, as well as periodic review and revisions  - Prepare V18 performance updates and CEO Point of View for Board of Directors, Industry bodies and other key stakeholders  - Working closely with Business Heads to formulate, develop and maintain an enterprise-wide forecasting and planning process  - Assisting in M&A negotiations and deals as required;  - Detecting and analyzing key industry trends, competitive changes and technological developments;  - Helping promote a culture of rigorous and disciplined financial analysis relying on quantitative data to support business decisions;  - Preparing and maintaining models for analysis and prediction of financials, viewership ratings and other information  Personal Characteristics :  - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills  - Strong interpersonal and communication Skills  - Curiosity and diverse interests / passions   Preferred background :  - 1-2 years post MBA experience either with top consulting firms such as Mck, BCG, Bain, ATK, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, etc. or Corporate Strategy roles in medium - large organizations (media/ non-media)  - MBA from top institutes worldwide
