Job Description

- Contracts execution to protect Contractual Risk.

- Claims and litigation management to protect the company from Litigation Risk.

- Nodal activities for as first Point of Contact and submission of required details for Compliance.(Ensure Legal and Regulatory compliance as per the laws of the Land and Manage, liaison, maintain cordial relations with Nodal Agencies)
