Purpose of Role :
- To manage overall automation projects from the Finance point of view.
- Be the functional SPOC between VFS IT/Third Party vendor and VFS Finance team.
- Tracking the various Finance automation projects and regularly updating management on the status of the projects.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Functional requirement gathering from individual departments.
- Preparation/review of Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Providing input from the Finance perspective.
- Understanding the user requirement of SAP, BPC & BO. Also responsible for integration projects with the V-Assist applications and responsible for smooth functioning of the various MIS system for management reporting.
- Reviewing project documents and managing the documentation sign offs with stakeholders.
- Monitoring the key Finance automation projects.
- Highlighting to the Management, any deviation from the planned projects.
- Liaise with third party vendors for execution of projects.
- Responsible for system audits (Internal/External).
Qualifications :
- Minimum: Finance Graduate with CA / ICWA or MBA ( Finance ) from a reputed organization.
- 8-10 years of work experience in Project management, Finance projects, Accounting etc of which last 3 years should be in managerial position / level.
- Project Management certification would be an added advantage.
