Duties & Responsibilities:   Responsible for:  - Functional requirement gathering from individual departments.  - Preparation/review of Business Requirement Document (BRD)  - Providing input from Finance perspective.  - Understanding the user requirement of SAP, BPC & BO. Also responsible for integration projects with the V-Assist applications. Responsible for smooth functioning of the various MIS systesm for management reporting  - Reviewing project documents and managing the documentation sign offs with stakeholders.  - Monitoring the key finance automation projects.  - Highlighting management any deviation from the planned projects.  - Liaise with 3rd party vendors for execution of projects.  - Responsible for system audits (Internal/External)  Eligibility Applicable for VFS employees across Globe   - Existing Sr. manager who have completed 24 months of continuous service in VFS Global and 12 months in their current grade  - Experience of employees transferred within Kuoni Group to VFS Global would be considered / included for calculating continuous service  - Performance Rating of 3 or above on a rating scale of 1-5 in the last appraisal  - No Disciplinary action/ memos should have been initiated formally during the period under consideration.
