Job Definition:  To maximize company revenues through eCommerce channel by working closely with the partners and evolving strategies to maximize opportunities  Job description:  - To develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standard of customer service  - To set the strategic direction, oversee and co-ordinate all activity across departments - product, sales, and marketing.  - To build stronger relationship with the e-commerce partners.  - Keep a tab on competition, identify industry best practices and recommend application wherever appropriate in the company.  Key Result Areas:  - Achieving annual e-commerce financial targets   - Identifying and developing new opportunities in the e-com space.  - Plan and execute promotional and brand building programmes in a timely manner.  - Oversee the fulfilment of goods and services ordered via the e-commerce channel and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and business efficiency.   Other Skills:  - Strong business skills evidenced by a business qualification or track record of managing similar businesses.  - Technical understanding of information and web based systems evidenced through qualifications or previous management experience.  - Strong analytical skills  - Sound, up-to-date working knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice affecting the e-Commerce function.  - Ability to directly lead and develop a small business unit and manage growth.  - Ability to develop strategy and manage its implementation.
