Job Purpose :

Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation and closing sales and recommending new products and services.

Responsibilities :

- Proactively prospect, qualify, grow and maintain all sales activities, from lead generation through close in a loosely defined assigned territory.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Possess a thorough knowledge of the digital product portfolio in performance, affiliate and programmatic (features, benefits, rates, etc.); use knowledge to overcome customer objectives.

- Develop prospecting leads using a variety of sources, including digital, radio, TV and direct mail.

- Understand how the competition sells their products and services, including rates and specials.

- Create Sales plans and presentation.

- Create proposals while working with the client's budget and also looking for growth opportunities.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Mapping & capturing business requirements & translating these requirements into specifications & detailed plans

- Analyze and interpret key sales metrics and develop strategies to reach sales success.

- Work with appropriate departments to create compelling media solutions for advertisers.

- Develop and manage revenue producing relationships with clients and agencies.

- Oversee campaign execution and analysis.

- Provide consultation to sales managers, sales teams and clients.

- Work collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue.

- Proven track record of sales success in local media setting.

- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

- Work with brand teams, ad operations and finance to provide client satisfaction.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements :

- 2-5 years- experience in Digital Media Ad Sales, Online Media Sales, Corporate Sales & Ad agency Sales.

- Strong problem solver and creative thinker.

- Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense. Effectively manages up and down.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Strong knowledge of or experience in similar Domain with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, and product development.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills.
