Role: Vertical Head
Location: Bangalore
As a Vertical Head, you will be responsible for Sales and Business Development for the South region including TN and Karnataka. You will be holding the P&L of the Sales role for South with your team. This role will be responsible to interact with CXOs of leading builders and real estate developers to bring in new business opportunities by listing the inventories from these companies on their platform.
To fit the bill, you must have min 10 years of experience into real estate sales with past track record of handling large team of sales professionals catering multiple geographies.
- Handling sales and Business Development for South region (Karnataka and Tamil Nadu).
- Building strong relationships with all the leading builders and developers to bring in new business opportunities.
- Ensure all marketing related activities around the organization for South
- Providing leadership to the team
Required Experience :
- Min 11-12 years of work experience with atleast 5-6 years of real estate experience in later part of the career
- Past track record of handling team selling to enterprise.
- Exposure to digital marketing classified, & concept selling.
