- To achieve revenue targets and other number targets

- Responsible for Business Development from Corporate segment and achieve sustainable growth

- To interact and communicate with corporate industry business leaders, HR leaders and gain respect on the table

- To listen and grasp customer requirements, business problems and conceptualize Assessment solutions.

- Should have solution orientation and must have done solution selling and/or solution implementation in his/her organization extensively.

- To conceptual knowledge of technology is important and the candidate should be at ease while talking technology.

- Should be able to instil perseverance and ensure focus on long term objectives along with the short-term ones.

- Analytics and reporting by collecting, analysing and summarizing market information.
