Client : Our Client is a world renowned name globally in consulting services space.

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 9 to 14 yrs

Our client is looking out for Senior level professionals who can spear head the entire Vertical teams, namely

- Vertical HOD - SCM

- Vertical HOD - Telecom

- Vertical HOD - Energy & Utilities

Position Details

We are looking for a person who wishes to work in a fast paced start-up environment, has a desire to accelerate his career in SaaS platform led service offerings in analytics and process outsourcing and wants to develop into strong leader that that can help grow and develop a high performing sales team.

This position is based in Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

- Practice Development ; Leadership ; People Development

- Leading and managing Pre sales, Post-sale Solutions, Program Management and Delivery Services for FIRM across all SCM / Telecom / Utilities opportunities in both existing and new aspect

- Lead the FIRM SCM / Telecom / Energy - Utilities team from opportunity stage to contract closure including responses to RFI, RFP, RFX and all client requirements

- Lead the team to create detailed functional specifications document for specific deployments

- Program manage the entire delivery project, including managing customer expectations and get endorsements and case studies from the customer.

- Create and maintain collateral repository with most recent capability presentations, case studies, executive summaries.

Desired Skills

- Proven track record in managing several successful business processes, customer relationship management and business planning, regional strategies for business.

- Domain Expert in the SCM / Telecom / Energy - Utilities with hands-on experience on Information Technology Products,

- Sales & Pre Sales, Consulting, Solution, Business Process Management (good to have)

- Understanding of processes to identify lean, right sourcing, automation and organizational design opportunities

- Good Leadership Skills, ability to handle diverse work groups, Senior Resources, Technically Proficient teams.

- Excellent interpersonal Skills, Persuasive and ability to influence Senior Leaders and manage tough Negotiations.

Background

MBA preferred. 10 years plus relevant experience

Strong experience in solution selling and consultative sales is essential

Exposure to start up organizations or working in SaaS organizations involved in enterprise software or business analytics would be highly valued

Should be highly comfortable selling technology led services to CFO, COO organization

Ability & willingness to be an individual contributor with ability to hire, manage and build high performing sales teams in future
