Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for smooth functioning of sales and marketing activities of the assigned sites, in order to meet company's targets for growth and profitability
- Responsible for product pitching, profitability and payment collection
- Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Set sales budgets, monitor and review business performance
- Ensure robust pipeline of business opportunities by constantly engaging with customers
- Oversee/Monitor Leads, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Interact and network with industry participants and competitors to keep informed of trends, norms, regulations and challenges
- Regular customer interaction for business enquiries, customer feedback and site visits
- Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel
- Train, coach, mentor and develop subordinates and team members
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Periodic reporting to Management
- Report any abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
