Product manager is product owner and responsible for the success or failure of his/her products. The product manager is responsible for analyzing market and customer needs, defining solutions and new features, product backlog prioritization, specifying requirements, developing mockups, and working with development team to answer questions and help remove roadblocks and ensure a timely delivery of specified features. Understanding of the market and customers, and familiarity with the way users will use the product is key to success at this position.   Responsibilities  - Become go to person for any questions regarding business process or product  - Work with internal and external customers to elaborate and validate functional requirements   - Act as a proxy customer to the development team. Facilitate deliverable reviews at regular project intervals.  - Work daily with the development & QA team   - Contribute to feature release documentation   - Act as liaison and solution provider between Development, QA and internal business personnel   - Provide visibility of project status to stakeholders and project team. Escalate blocking issues and schedule delays  - Oversee, manage and analyze release milestones, ensuring process completion   Desired Skills & Experience  - Experience developing requirements for web based applications   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Strong problem solving skills along with the ability to pay attention to details  - Ability to multi-task, work under firm deadlines, within a rapidly changing environment  - Excellent team and interpersonal skills   - Minimum 3 years of experience in technical product management/business analyst or equivalent senior technical role   - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with MBA degree from a premier institute is preferred
