Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete operations of the region
- Responsible for strategizing, launching and scaling up business operations in new markets
- Develop Market entry strategy, planning property launch, stabilize and managed P&L for the region
- Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city and seize opportunities to introduce and adapt pricing, promotional offers, discounts etc.,
- Possess a cross-functional approach and Plan and build short-term and long-term supply for the city in conjunction with the anticipated demand.
- Complete responsibility & ownership of the launch targets for the city.
- Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption and penetration of brand
- Establishes city operations for the startup phase and oversee the operations till the scaling phase with a long term view and optimization of cost.
- Working closely with the Central team and identifying the Hiring plan for the city in various roles Ops, Sales, BD
- Must be open to Travel.
Desired Candidate Skill sets :
- MBA Graduates from Tier 1 B schools with 3+ years of work experience
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to network, communicate and build strong and genuine relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience using internal and external data to manage expansion.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in an environment of change.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people as well as independently.
