Venue4all is an online portal for booking venues and allied services founded in 2015, now operating in Pune and Pune suburbs, that helps connect the right customer to your venue - hassle free. We ease the entire process by providing you with direct customers - yes you heard us right Direct Customers and not leads. We believe in doing 90% of your job and convert the leads on your behalf, thus making it hassle free for you too.

Our far reach in the corporate world shall in turn help you establish long term business relationships resulting into tie ups for all corporate events helping you have customers all year round and not just on seasonal basis.

This gives you the advantage of connecting with the employees of various organisations as well.Further to this on booking of a venue customers can avail offers on allied services thus encouraging them to book venues through Venue4all.

Our unique Just in Time feature shall help make available various services at the earliest.

- Individual who, after getting a download on whatever knowledge is needed to Ace in this business, puts on the Thinking Hat, think of the partner's business as his/her own and come up with Business solutions for the partners he/she is interacting with. Think - Out of the Box

Job Description :

- To prospect, consult and convert local businesses and get offers for our subscribers

- To consult for local businesses, curate offers keeping in mind their business needs

- To creatively identify new businesses and activities to be featured

- Highlight our Company as another strong and unique medium for partners to acquire new customers

- To achieve and over exceed on monthly sales targets

Attributes we are looking at in an Individual applying for the role :

- Graduates/Post Graduates (or not) with 0-5 yrs of experience in sales from eCommerce/Hospitality/Media/Advertising background

- Ability to forge alliances quickly

- People with contacts in Local commerce in the city they are applying for will be a bonus

- Self Motivated who can operate without supervision is desirable (You will be Masters of your City)

- Strong Interpersonal and social Skills

- Excellent communicator - Spoken and written skills in English. Local Language knowledge will be a bonus

- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions

- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to prioritize when under pressure

- Solution Selling experience would be a big Plus

- Multi lingual with proficiency in English and Hindi can get you closer to getting the offer letter

Selection Process :

We like to keep it simple :

- The resume of the candidate will be screened and will have a quick round with HR.

- Shortlisted candidates will have a quick round of discussion with the Sales Head
