This is a hands-on role, for learning the art and science of venture building. It is NOT limited to financial investing/management, as the Venture Factory model includes a full-spectrum of investment and execution.   The following are some of the key criteria for the successful candidates:  - 2-5 years of experience in a strategy, consulting and hands-on execution of commercial projects in a consulting firm, a large corporate or a serious start-up.  - Graduate from a premium institute   - Real Go-Getter with demonstrated examples of strategic thinking and execution achievements   - Interest in working in an early stage venture environment  - Ability to take risks for exponential learning and growth  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with seasoned venture partners in ideating, planning and development of high growth potential ventures. In due course, they will have the option to take up leadership positions in the venture they help set up.   Compensation Package :   - Early stage start-up salary  - Handsome stock option plan designed for high performance individuals  - Ability to earn 10-20 times annual salary in 2-3 years.   - High visibility role with an opportunity to work with world leading investors, entrepreneurs and industry partners.  NOTE : This is a very high growth and earning opportunity and we will have a tough hiring process.
