Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Vendor Management policies and procedures; integrates into the fast-growing global shared services model
- Knowledge of contract life cycle from transition and transformation phase through exit
- Provides interpretation, guidance and risk assessment for account management
- Reviews and interprets contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance
- Works in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams to ensure contractual obligations are completed as per milestones and commitments
- Understands, develops and maintains flow down clauses in a contracts database
- Ability to manage multiple vendor contractual agreements includingclient contract documents, amendments, change orders, formal client correspondence, the log of delivery obligationsand other relevant documents
- Acts as an interface with client and internal staff regarding contractual issues, identifies and resolves issues and communicates approach
- Performs all reporting activities at the periodicity identified
- Strong knowledge of MSOffice
- Self-starter, Open to travel to remote location from mid to long duration
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and good at people management.
- Education: Post-graduate with fair knowledge on vendor governance and contract management
