Job Description
- The role demands developing overall understanding of customers requirements and solution capabilities, guiding customer about best practices to manage IT Infrastructure, provide deployment architecture / design and build specification for implementing the solution.
- The role requires working closely with Implementation team, Customer and leveraging Internal and OEMs Technical team to ensure smooth closure of technical solution of Infrastructure Management.
Essentials :
- Excellent Knowledge of Server & Network Monitoring, Performance Management, Application Management & Desktop Management, Service Desk
- Skilled in architecting of Enterprise IT Management Solutions (CA & IBM)
- Knowledge of various applications which are to be integrated with EITM solutions
- Should have worked independently on Large Assignments.
- Proven ability to engage in multiple assignments
- Good communication skills
- Reporting and documentation
- Travel to support projects as needed
Qualification : Degree and/ or equivalent in Computers/Electronics/IT with PMP or Prince2 certification
