Vedanta Wake up! - Manager - Brand Activation (3-4 yrs)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions ) :
- Lead Brand development and execution of annual marketing plans keeping in mind business objectives.
- Assist in developing the Marketing Calendar for the brand across all media channels.
- Explore and activate new sales channels by understanding the consumer
- Design promotional campaigns to be deployed across media to affect sales
- Recommend adjustments to the marketing initiatives so as to meet business objectives
- Will be required to liaise with creative agency/vendors to execute marketing calendar
- Ideate and execute co-branding initiatives to increase sales
- Manage budget and monitor spends against planned objectives.
Qualifications & Skills :
- A Bachelor degree is required. MBA is a bonus.
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing either in advertising or on the marketing team of a brand in B2C.
- Category Experience in hospitality, service (any kind), F&B preferred.
- Sales experience a bonus.
- Creative bent of mind a bonus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with teams
