Job description:

Goal - Manage the property upgradation workflow process by leading multiple teams of designers and contractors to adhere to optimal timelines and established Brand Standards of Vedanta Wake up!

1. Starting with the property identification phase (led by the Property Acquisition Team) to include estimating, negotiating, contracting, time lining, supplying goods + services, renovation administration, financial management and closeout as per schedule

2. To draw up and adhere to projected upgradation budget in line with established Brand Standards and Operating Procedures of Vedanta Wake up!

3. Establish, monitor, communicate and maintain project schedules. Conduct + document project progress meetings and proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions

4. Develop new vendors for all goods and services required for the upgradation and to strive to optimise the upgradation budget to the maximum extent possible

5. Work with the different departments to ensure similar goals, and implement action plans to achieve Company wide targets

6. Establish and maintain meaningful external and internal relationships

7. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support colleagues, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand standards and consistent with Vedanta Wake up! core values.
