Job description:

Goal - Build the room inventory supply through acquisition of new hotel properties

1. Lead a team of Business Development Executives to effectively execute property acquisition strategies so as to meet expansion targets

2. Draw up projected Capex plans and P&L's of potential acquisitions in line with established Brand Standards and Operating Procedures of Vedanta Wake up!

3. Prepare for and conduct weekly Property Acquisition meetings involving competitive business analysis and financial forecasts.

4. Measure and analyze travel trends in various markets and identify hyper local markets for potential acquisitions

5. Work with the different departments to ensure similar goals, and implement action plans to achieve Company wide targets

6. Establish and maintain meaningful external and internal relationships

7. Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support colleagues, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand standards and consistent with Vedanta Wake up! core values.
