Level: Deputy Manager/Manager

Role :

- Sales of Pro 6000 range in a specific market/area.

- Responsible for achieving of sales targets through a systematic process of target pool identification, qualification of leads and convincing the customer through a professional, value based sales pitch.

- Executing the entire sales process from lead generating to delivery.

- Establishing strong relationships with customers through one to one relationship building with all stake holders in the customer eco system and value adding to the customer operations and helping him realize higher profits from our products.

- Mentoring and coaching dealer sales executive in value selling on the job and class room sessions.

Academic Qualifications : BE/ BE & MBA (60% and above in all qualifying examinations)

Experience Profile: 2 - 6 years in Sales & Marketing. From the following industries:

- Commercial Vehicles

- Heavy Engineering

- Construction

- Equipment sales

We are open to look for the candidates who has completed /is completing their management programs in 2015 and looking for suitable job opening provided their previous work experience should be from Automobile or allied industries.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.

- Achieve targets for each stage in the sales process - target pool, qualified leads, application study, trials, business proposal, sales pitch and negotiation, closing and repeat sales.

- Market mapping to identify monthly segment wise sales in the command area.

- Target pool generation from various sources like direct visits, database, financiers, referrals and other lead sources.

- Qualification of leads from the target pool through initial sales contact and data gathering.

- In-depth study and understanding of customer operations.

- Live trial, demo, site study, route study to be done to understand customer operations in depth and generate data for doing operational cost and profitability analysis.

- Mapping and establishing relationship with all stakeholders and decision makers in the customer establishment and subsequently generating data from them for understanding customer operations.

- Preparing a tailor made business proposal for the customer based on the understanding of his operations and matching them with the value propositions of the product.

- Make a compelling presentation to the customer articulating the benefits of the product in value terms.

- Objection handling, negotiating and closing deals.

- Co-ordination for vehicle supplies from plant and with dealer for timely delivery of vehicles.

- Planning and executing a structured new vehicle introduction process.

- Engaging with the customer post delivery, helping in establishing all the value delivery committed during the sales process and cultivating a strong bond with the customer.

- Competition Activity - On & Off Product and Give Inputs to Product Planning & Marketing.

- Channel management, dealer manpower training and coaching on value selling principles.

- Establish, monitor and review the dealership team as per established sales processes.

- Collaborate with other team members like marketing, profitability champion, after market and finance to achieve sales objectives and deliver committed value to customer.
