Channel Sales Manager - Bangladesh (International Business)
Responsibilities:
- Sales forecasting, planning and achievement of volumes and market share as per Business Plan
- Designing and monitoring KRA for Channel Sales Managers in line with overall Business Objectives
- Developing and Executing sales strategy : Obtain and study market trends, competitor activities, design strategies to achieve sales volumes and execute.
- Institutional Sales: Building network with Government institutions and departments for participation in tender and securing business on a regular basis.
- Key Account Management : Establishing and nurturing relationship with large customers and increase Eicher market share in their fleet
- Sales Promotion : Execute various promotional activities like demo, trials, road shows, customer meets, financer meets and advertisements.
- Network Expansion : Expand dealer touch points as per Business plan in various parts of Bangladesh
- Product Planning & Positioning : Coordinate closely with VECV Exports product team for Bangladesh specific new product development, launching of products, tracking and establishing product performance to scale up volumes.
- Dealer Engagement: Periodically interact with Dealer Head to understand dealer viability &satisfaction level, analyze critical operating areas and suggest measures for improvement
