Role Description:

Based at VCCircle Network in Noida, Delhi, this role has end-to-end accountability for all HR functions of News Corp digital entities in India, leveraging significant outsourced capabilities and some internal resources. This hands-on executive will directly report to News Corp India head and also partner with the News Corp's New York-based HR leadership on strategic initiatives.

his individual will ensure that the Human Resources function delivers top class services to the business in an effective, cost efficient manner. This individual will partner with the global team to ensure that all India HR processes and practices are standardized and in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

- Responsible for providing hands-on and strategic HR guidance for India businesses in multiple cities.

- Informs, interprets and advises aligned business managers on all HR-related matters, including reporting and analysis and clarification of policies and practices.

- Responsible for overseeing outsourced and in-house handling of all areas of HR, including compensation, benefits, talent and payroll.

- Assists in the development of a comprehensive talent development strategy and HR framework to ensure the current and future caliber of talent needed to support business success and growth planned.

- Support performance management and annual compensation planning review to ensure recommendations are performance.

- Influences and develops HR strategies and priorities to support business objectives to respond to changing business needs and expansion.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Excellent knowledge of strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, acquisition, succession planning and leadership effectiveness.

- Ideal candidate should have HR, payroll, compensation & benefits experience in general.

- At least 10-15 years of experience in HR field.

- Financial and business acumen

- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and consensus building skills.

- Strong internal control mindset.

- Strong ability to influence outcomes and to leverage News Corp network of colleagues to get things done.
