VCCircle - Assistant Manager - SEO & Social Media (3-5 yrs)
The role is based in our NOIDA (NCR) office. Candidates currently staying in NCR should apply.
As the SEO and Social Media expert, your role would involve:
- Devise, execute and manage search engine optimization (SEO) for all digital properties.
- Implementing optimized titles, meta tags & internal linking for all website pages.
- Coordinating with the tech team to improve and optimize page layout & indexing and ranking.
- Strategizing link building and recommendations for upcoming keywords and business insights.
- Reinforcing the Brand presence on Social Media on an ongoing basis.
- Continue the Online outreach through Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn but not limited to these.
- Use innovative marketing ideas to design effective and insightful social media strategies and execute them using social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the designers and leadership team in order to increase company's social media presence.
- Conduct online social media audits, SEO/keyword research, competitive analysis
- Ensure that all SEO & social media activities are aligned with the best practices
The ideal candidate should have -
- Awareness of the latest trends, algorithm changes in SEO & social media and be able to blend it with the corporate vision.
- An analytical bend to measure impact of the social media marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
- Previous experience in SEO & social media marketing.
- Be able to assist the teams in all aspects of social media marketing.
- Good command on English.
- Excellent Ms Excel skills.
- Creative, data driven, strong on problem solving skills and logical reasoning
Qualification: Graduate (Full Time), MBA (added benefit)
Salary: At Par with the Industry
