Job Title : Creative Manager & Brand Management

Location : Pune - Urgent Opening

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's/Masters Degree in a Creative field

- Minimum Experience: 6 - 10 years

- Candidates from Real Estate background will be preferred but not mandatory

Job Responsibilities :

- A deep understanding of what connects with consumers across channels and platforms

- Experienced leader, manager and relationship builder with the ability to develop clean, powerful creative brand assets - web and social media campaigns

- Direct the execution of creative campaigns in print and digital media (display, web and social) for our stores, websites and social channels

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and accurately set and meet deadlines

- Experienced with social media strategy and implementation across platforms

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and understanding of code implementation, including CSS, Javascript, and HTML5 a plus

- Designing emailers, text campaigns, add campaigns, outdoors, social media campaigns

Essential :

- Hands-on as well as strategic combination of passionate, inspiring and humble personality

- Applicant should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and should rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- He / She should be able to perform a variety of tasks along with leading and directing the work of others.

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
