From operating the largest bottling plant to food beverages, healthcare, hospitality, retail and education, it is bringing an air of freshness and creativity on the corporate horizon.   Varun Beverages Ltd. under the umbrella of RJ Corp has been associated with PepsiCo since the early 1990s and have over two and half decades consolidated our business association with PepsiCo, increasing the number of PepsiCo licensed territories and sub-territories covered by us, producing and distributing a wider range of PepsiCo beverages, introducing various SKUs in our portfolio, and expanding our distribution network. As of March 31, 2016, we have been granted franchises for various PepsiCo products spread across 17 States and two Union Territories in India.   Our share of PepsiCo beverages volume sales increased from 26.46% in Fiscal 2011 to 44.12% in Fiscal 2015, computed on basis of our sales volume and Euromonitor Report data on PepsiCo sales volumes in India. Although, India is our largest market, we have also been granted the franchise for various PepsiCo products for the territories of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Mozambique and Zambia. In addition, we intend to establish a greenfield facility in Zimbabwe in anticipation of franchise rights being granted by PepsiCo for such territory.  We are looking for suitable candidates for Market Development and Business Development profiles with following responsibilities :  Market Development :  - Manage visibility budgets with in the approved budgets parameters to assist in delivery of company's targets.  - TT Promotion in stipulated allocation and criteria.   - Make a Track on the spend v/s budgets by unit or city.  - Significantly upgrade image and visibility in the market.  - Provide Support to the unit teams through coordination with suppliers for timely on field execution of all signage drives related to either visibility or promotion in the market place.   - Develop quality signage vendors across all units and ensure adherence of standards across all units through constant vendor development and back-checks.  - Market Mapping and Visibility audits.  - Marketing Initiatives / Signage's.  - Monthly FMO Tracking and Achievement for Sales Development.  - Vendor Reconciliation and POSM management.  Business Development :  - Managing Primary and Secondary supplies.  - Building relation with channel/Customer across the hierarchy.   - Creating opportunity and channels for business development to grow volumes.  - Manage and Coordinate the Modern trade + OP + PMX business with the support of CE's and PSRs  - Making a track of OT Volume on monthly basis v/s YAGO.   - Growing the existing business horizontally and vertically.  - Handling Client reconciliation and operation issues at city or unit level.   - Managing/Planning activation in OP account using contracted advertising and marketing budgets   - Tracking Universe and Channel Profitability on Monthly Basis.   Work Experience : 0-5 years experience preferred in relevant industry  Post-Graduation : Regular MBA from premier B-School with specialization in Business Development  Graduation : Any regular graduate.
