Job Purpose : Responsible for all Strategic & Operational HR, Personnel, Compliance, IR & Admin. Will be the Strategic business partner providing continuous support to the manufacturing units. Primary Roles & Accountabilities Shall be responsible to manage HR & IR for Pan India plant units Lead and guide HR managers of various plant units and guide them on right policies and decisions with respect to various units, Managing the Long term settlements and union activities across the locations. Succession planning, developing leaders for the business, retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their full potential, Partner actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing HR/IR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters. On-going engagement with the client population to ensure effective HR/IR support and coverage. Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions on an ongoing basis. Talent Development & Deployment Facilitate in identifying, nurturing and deploying talent effectively. Drive active employee engagement, be seen as a go to HR implement specific engagement and welfare initiatives. Experience and skills required: Must be working in a manufacturing organization and have strong experience in IR & ER.
