VanityCube - Training Specialist

Vanitycube is a funded start-up serving $5 Bn beauty and wellness industry. We provide on demand beauty and wellness services in Gurgaon & Delhi. We are redefining how beauty services get delivered and bring convenience to customer at their doorstep.

Roles & Responsibility

- Training new hires on Standard Operating Procedures, products and services

- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees

- Continuously conduct training sessions for beauticians and operation managers

- Prepare Training modules for new services

- Create performance measurement tools for assessment of staff

- Develop self and maintain knowledge of best practices in beauty and wellness industry at all times

Essential

- Worked with beauty, health or wellness industry is a must. Kindly do not apply if you have not worked in any of these industry.

- To be able to work as an independent and as well a team player

- Confident public speaker

- Pleasant personality with positive attitude at all times

Experience and Academic Background:

Essential

- At least 2-3 years of training experience in beauty, wellness, cosmetic or hospitality industry

- Thrives in fast-paced environment and ready for intra city travel

- Graduate/Diploma from a reputed Institute

Desirable :

- Worked in training department at a branded cosmetic, beauty salon or hotel chains
