VanityCube - Operations Head

VLCC VANITYCUBE is one of the fastest Beauty Salon at home business in India. We provide beauty salon services at home using technology. We help customer look good, feel good from wherever they are at their time, their place and their convenience . Beauty and Wellness business will be Rs 80,370 Cr market by 2018 and is increasing 20% year on year.

We are looking for someone who has interest in entrepreneurship and would like to independently run a category. You have to bring new ideas and innovation to take the brand to next level. You will be joining a dynamic organisation who truly encourages their team to make decisions and be creative in their approach. We are a young and passionate team and we hope to impact the lives of millions of customers by making beauty an everyday thing.

Responsibility

- Responsible for making sure smooth operations in all cities

- Handling end to end operations

- Institutionalize service delivery norms and processes

- Work with the product team to create a great user experience

- Work with the marketing team to generate customer leads

- Help scale our other cities through developing and sharing best practices-

- Represent VanityCube in events and conference

Key Performance Indicators:-

- Coordinating with all city leads

- On time service delivery

- Product and process innovation

- Repeat customer

Skills Required for the Job

- MBA or equivalent operations work experience (minimum 4+years).-

- Should be flexible to work in a start-up environment

- Solution focused, creative thinker-

- Strong ability to multi-task-

- An excellent communicator with a strong ability to identify emerging trends-

- Experience in beauty and wellness industry is a plus
