Position :

Assistant Vice President, Finance

Roles and responsibilities :

He will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of our company. The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy, design appropriate systems and process, arrange the appropriate funding and manage the financial risks of the organization.

- Managing of accounting process and accounting system.

- Treasury management and optimization of fund allocation.

- Establishing and updating finance systems and processes.

- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.

- Validation of financial statements like Balance sheet, ROI, profit and loss, cash flow statements etc.

- Contribute to the preparation of monthly income and expenditure statements and budget comparison and cash flow reports.

- Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting (GST, Income Tax etc).

- Liaise with and assist external auditor in respect of annual financial statements and related matters.

- Administer and reconcile tax accounts and make the appropriate returns to relevant statutory agencies.

Desired Qualifications:

- BS/B.Com in Accounting or Finance, CA highly desirable

- Preferably candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges.

- 3+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce industry.

- Candidates with SME and/or startup experience preferred (e-commerce company preferably)

- Strong in Excel, ability to handle large datasets (up wards of 3 lakh transactions)

- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities.

Salary: Upto 16 lakhs per annum
