To do that, we need a dynamic Affiliations and Partnerships team headed by you which will help us to build and maintain strong relationships with large institutions, corporate houses, consumer aggregations and other substantial business sources.
Position : Director - Partnerships & Alliances
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop business driven partnership opportunities with other corporations.
- Structure agreements and define commercials with new and existing partners to enable win win relationships.
- Build networks with professional bodies and government organizations and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Create Tie ups with other players in the ecosystem to enable end to end services for customers.
- Own the P&L for the alliances & partnerships department.
Desired Experience & Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in a business development / sales / partnership role is a bonus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets consistently
- Experience of setting up and leading a team will be desirable
- Comfortable with working in an ambiguous environment
- Highly analytical and ability to manage business by numbers and metrics
- Experience and understanding of the legal compliance ecosystem will be a plus
Location : Bangalore. Occasional travel to locations within India might be required.
Salary : Not a constraint for the right candidate.
