UTi - Sr Manager - Human Resources - XLRI/TISS/IIM (7-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibility:

- Responsible for designing, developing and implementing processes and policies which should be in line with core organizational objectives

- Conceptualise and drive various employee engagements activities. Person will be responsible for engagement calendars and effectively manage Engagement budget to ensure high impact and smooth execution of Engagement activities

- Responsible for end to end Performance Management for all employees. Partnering business managers on goal setting, normalization & bell curve, mid-year reviews, effective feedback & coaching, performance improvement plans. Ensuring PMS cycle is completed within desired timeframe and in line with parity.

- Responsible for initiating participation in Employer Brand building by understanding the best practices in people processes with benchmarking companies and implementing them in the organization. Interact & coordinate with external agencies (GPTW - Great Place to Work, Hewitt - Best Employer and many more) in order to execute the plan.

- To identify and effectively lead on change management initiatives and be the key enabler in successfully executing the change management processes across the organization.

- Responsible for driving competency framework across the organization along with its linkages to various HR process.

- Responsible for HR-related communications rollout across the organization.

Desired Profile:

- Should have 7-10 years of experience in HRM with relevant experience in Employee Communications, Employer Branding, Competency Management, Conflict Management, Change Management, HR Budgeting, HR Strategy Planning & Execution, Performance Management, Bench-marking

- Good experience in working in the social media space and external market that will help build the brand of the organization amongst the employable market

- Excellent content creation skills combined with effective presentation and communication style

- Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures, values and the ability to work in highly diverse business environments with people from varied backgrounds.

- Skilled in developing and implementing strategies to provide cost effective support and solutions to meet the current and future business needs and prioritizing against tight SLAs and deadlines.

Location is Gurgaon

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR from Premier Institutes like IIM / XLRI / TISS / SIBM / SIMS / SCMHRD / IMT / MDI etc.(Full-time)
