Talent Acquisition:

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for talent acquisition & getting the right fit from diverse resources within specific TAT.

- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with HODs of different functional & operational areas & conducting selection interviews.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Effective planning & execution of monthly engagement/fun activities and ensuring maximum participation.

- Gathering post event feedback from employees to gauge the level of engagement

- Rolling out engagement initiatives for the employee span

- Employee Life Cycle management from Joining to Separation

- Maintaining, updating and auditing important metrics related human capital of assigned branches like details on joining, headcount, employees compensation, attrition rate etc

Performance Management System:

- Provides advice and counsel on complex performance management issues. Partners with the associate, manager and other business leaders to address performance gaps and facilitates discussions/ process to assess appropriate action. Guides Managers on all aspects of performance management including feedback and performance coaching.

Training & Development :

- Implementing training programs and driving the training across the region in line with the country training program and plan.

- Connecting with stakeholders for Training Need Identification

Branch Performance & Productivity:

- Should be involved in overall productivity of the branch / region.

Desired Profile:

- Looking for 2006/2007/2008/2009/2010 batch MBA pass outs only

- Strong drive for results

- Must have handled HR Generalist role

- Office is located at Mumbai-Andheri East
