Talent Acquisition   - Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for talent acquisition & getting the right fit from diverse resources within specific TAT.   - Planning human resource requirements in consultation with HODs of different functional & operational areas & conducting selection interviews.   Employee Relations & Engagement   - Effective planning & execution of monthly engagement/fun activities and ensuring maximum participation.   - Gathering post event feedback from employees to gauge the level of engagement   - Rolling out engagement initiatives for the employee span   - Employee Life Cycle management from Joining to Separation   - Maintaining, updating and auditing important metrics related human capital of assigned branches like details on joining, headcount, employees compensation, attrition rate etc   Performance Management System   - Provides advice and counsel on complex performance management issues. Partners with the associate, manager and other business leaders to address performance gaps and facilitates discussions/ process to assess appropriate action.
