The role provides support to the Regional HR Managers in delivering HR Operations excellence at respective locations and driving initiatives focused around:
- Building & sustaining a strong performance culture
- Creating a people connect across Locations
- Be accountable for all HR & administrative deliverables
- Ensuring a cohesive ecosystem of people & processes wherein the Voice of Employee is heard and issues are actioned within the framework of organization values, budgets & expectation
- Deploy L&D Initiatives at the location level.
Manpower Planning & Hiring Support
- Preparation of Manpower Budgets for the Regions and ensuring proper dissemination of the same
- Support the Regional Managers in Hiring process for their respective locations
Operational Management:
- Ensuring adherence to the organization policies, processes & values at the Locations
- Developing & delivering various people initiatives and overseeing their implementation
- Proactively provide inputs to the Management on the HR policies, processes, Voice of Customer
- Continuously liaison with the state level PICs, Regional HR Managers and FLSPs in understanding their expectations, issues & provide time-bound resolutions / suggestions
- Support the Regional HR Managers in implementing the organization policies & initiatives
- Develop various reports & MIS to be circulated across to various stake holders along with operational documentation, attendance trends, attrition, disciplinary issues, etc.
People Engagement & Expectation Management:
- Work with the Regional HR Managers to develop initiatives that promote development of favourable employee relations
- Ensure proper induction, employee engagement initiatives and other initiatives to achieve a state of good employee morale.
- Ensuring full transparency in implementation of HR Policies at state level
- Be an active and effective interface between the employees and the Regional HR Heads on all employee related issues.
- Ensure coordination of various L&D initiatives that are being driven from Head Office
- Support the Regional HR Managers in seamless administration of performance appraisal and incentive programs
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure proper compliance of various obligations and statutory laws as applicable to the state
- To ensure a cordial liaison with the local authorities and administration officials including police, PF, ESI, Labour, etc.
