AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for Revenues thru Value Vouchers (including special focus on Paper VVs, Long Validity VVs, SO based Offerings, Back End Activations), Segmented Offers, Top-Ups, FTT Offers, SDP Balance & Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Balancing & Drive.
- Formulate and design Value Vouchers to increase the VV Penetration, Validity in VVs, Sachet VVs thru Paper VVs etc
- Promote relevant Tariff Vouchers products based on Subscribers Traffic pattern & thereby drive usage.
- Formulate and Design Segmented Usage Enhancement Offers for Low Usage and High Usage segments.
- Drive Segmented Usage like Non-Peak hours, On-Net Usage etc.
- Drive SDP Balance thru Top-Up Up sell & strategically placed FTT Offers.
- Monitor & Drive Primary/Secondary/Tertiary including Promo Schemes in Coordination with Sales.
- Effective Communication of Product offerings/Tariff plans through SMS, USSD, OBD and Cell Broadcast.
- Increase usage amongst newly acquired customerís especially rural customers.
- Launch targeted Usage Initiatives in specific Locations where the Usage levels are Low.
- Website update and TRAI filling.
- Periodic relevant MIS on the areas being handled.
Qualification: Graduate +MBA / BE / B tech.
Total work experience: 2 - 5 years. (Telecom experience of Tariff /product Management Role in GSM Prepaid. Good exposure to Marketing Communication).
Good Knowledge of the prepaid configuration & Billing systems.
