US Staffing Training Manager - IT

We are currently retained by a leading global US IT staffing organization which works with direct clients in the US on niche senior level roles to hire a US Staffing Training Manager to focus on building a Recruiting COE.

This role requires a seasoned professional from the US staffing industry with strong Training and Delivery experience. Please note this role needs hands on knowledge of US Staffing industry and is not a V&A training role.

Ideally you should be a successful US IT Recruiter who has been extremely successful in placing IT candidates in the US market and have good understanding of W2 and C2C.

You should have good exposure to training teams and building training plans.

This is full time EST shift role - no WFH or part time role.

Desired skills & experience :

- Minimum 10 years of staffing experience with at least 7 years of experience in US staffing

- Building of training roadmaps and plans

- Understanding of various US Staffing terms W2 and C2C

- Should have created material for training on US Staffing

- Excellent coaching skills

- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
