- If you think you are a Ninja Recruiter & have sourced for US & other international geographies, then you've a chance to double your income as we are looking for someone like you on freelance basis

- For US & other Geographies : Candidates must have their own Job Boards as per the locations (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc. either of it)

Position Description :

- This is a work from home opportunity

- Understanding job profiles shared by us

- Devising a search plan

- Researching on assignment

- Calling prospective candidates for a job opportunity

- Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle

- Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on

- Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions.

- Excellent communication.

- Mentioned Years of Experience is not mandatory, if you think you have above mentioned requisites & can deliver please apply

Remuneration:

- High Profit % Sharing after the joining of candidate

Note : We will not share any initial amount for Phone & Internet, apply only if you are ok with it.

Salary Range : 9-15 LPA
