Search: For suitable candidates to fill the vacant positions

Source: Source candidates who are suitable for the vacant positions.

Filter: Scan resumes very carefully and filter the ones that are best suitable and matches the job requirement

Interview: After short listing the candidates, ask for their availability and discuss the job profile with them

Tech Check: Amkri Tech recruiters are trained in varied technical skills and handle preliminary technical round of interview

Background Check: Conduct background checks of candidates and also talk to references

Co-ordinate: They co-ordinate with account managers regarding the job vacancies

The job location is Nariman point and involves night shifts.
